Our story 

EuroTalents was founded by Tommy and Tycho, two graduates of the Hotel School with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for the challenges facing the Dutch labor market. During their studies, they noticed that labor shortages were not only affecting the hospitality industry but nearly every sector in the Netherlands. They saw an opportunity to address this issue by recruiting talented professionals from across Europe, providing Dutch companies with the skills they need to grow.

Certificates

At EuroTalents, we take pride in upholding the highest standards in the industry. Our certifications with VCU, SNF, ABU, and NEN-4400 reflect our commitment to quality, safety, and compliance, both for our clients and our employees.

VCU (Safety and Health Checklist for Employment Agencies) ensures that we meet the strict safety and health requirements for professionals working in technical and high-risk sectors. This certification guarantees that our candidates operate in safe and well-regulated environments.

The SNF (Foundation for the Standardization of Flexible Housing) certification ensures that the housing we provide to our international employees meets all the required standards for quality, safety, and comfort, giving both our employees and clients peace of mind.

We work with a payroll partner that is a member of the ABU (General Association of Temporary Employment Agencies). This means we are committed to ethical business practices, compliance with Dutch labor laws, and providing fair working conditions for all our employees. ABU membership signifies that we adhere to the highest standards in the staffing industry.

The same payroll partner also holds the NEN-4400 certification, which confirms that we comply with Dutch labor regulations, including tax and social security contributions, and that we have proper documentation for all of our employees. This certification protects our clients from potential financial risks and ensures transparency in all our processes.
